Local Issues

Whether Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council, the starting point for addressing local issues should be your ward councillors.

For Hull City councillors, a list of councillors, their wards, their positions on the council and their contact details can be found here. The list can be filtered by ward, party or alphabetically. In Hull, the councillors of adjoining wards also come together to form area committees. These committees have the authority and budgets to respond to and deal with local issues. How these committees work, including how to raise issues with them, minutes of past meetings and agendas for future meetings, can be found here.
